How to present previous month's KPIs & CSAT Wall?

The Previous Month KPIs and CSAT Wall session provides an opportunity to review and share the team’s performance at the close of each month. This discussion takes place during the first meeting of the new month. Our goal is to showcase both the successes and challenges experienced by the team, as well as to recognize individual contributions and celebrate their accomplishments.


Team KPIs

Team's Performance

In this section, you’ll be presenting three key KPIs:
  • the team’s monthly Units of Work on average per day
  • the CSAT score
  • the SQL ratio

You can find these figures in the Looker dashboard 📊

Use the filter to select the previous month, as shown in the screenshot below. Refresh the page after applying the filter.

Top performers

In this section, you identify and present the top performers for those KPIs. You can find them in the same looker dashboard: 
  • UoW per day on average
  • CSAT
  • Number of SQLs
  • Total monthly UoW

Add the numbers and the team members' icon on the template.

CSAT Wall

In this section, you will present the best CSAT reviews from the last month. It is time to celebrate our colleague and recognize their hard work 🎉

 

You can find these figures in the 53 FR Team Customer Support dashboard 📊

Please use the filter to select the previous month. 

Then get some good reviews and add them to the template.
